The TS-2 was originally developed in Melbourne Australia in 1993-94 by a group of dingy sailors and has remained very competitive through to the present day.  There are many excellent designs now available Internationally and the TS-2 still ranks amongst the best.  The boat was designed by Gary Cameron with the aid of CAD software and initially built by Craig Smith.
